Uppingham Job Vacancies

June 2018

1. A genuine opportunity to help and to earn

Mental Health Awareness is an important and topical issue that is front of mind in thousands of companies and schools nationwide.  The ability to recognise symptoms early, and then to learn effective coping strategies, delivers a better working or learning environment with scientifically-proven increases in productivity and performance.

For the past two years Resilient Me, based in Uppingham, Rutland has been building an enviable client list across the country, delivering a range of courses that generate  greater understanding and delivering significant improvements. Our unique course models, combined with a genuine desire to help both students and employees cope better with stress-related illness, have already benefitted thousands of delegates. We are now looking to expand our reach and bring our excellent training to more and more organisations that need it. To do this, we need someone who can open doors and develop meaningful and long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. Our training changes lives - so we want someone who is passionate about helping others, prepared to work independently and diligently, and who has the drive to achieve the excellent financial and job satisfaction rewards that are possible.

Your background and experience will of course be important, but full training will be given. You’ll be computer-literate, and understand sales and marketing essentials both on and offline. You won’t be afraid to pick up the phone and engage new prospects.  Above all, you will have the confidence and the personality to help drive the business forward and to become a bigger part of a small but very successful company. We will offer flexible working hours and generous remuneration based on the level of new business achieved.

In the first instance, contact Tony Munns by email telling us why you think you’re the person we need.
